Precious Care Network Uganda Limited (PCNU) is a community-based social enterprise dedicated to building resilient, inclusive communities through youth empowerment, maternal health, and autism support.
We believe that sustainable change begins when communities are empowered to lead their own transformation.
Founded to bridge social and economic gaps, PCNU integrates skills development, health access, and inclusion programs—creating a ripple effect of opportunity, dignity, and hope across Uganda.
